We are looking for a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for defining, documenting, and managing requirements for various IT projects.

- Lead client meetings to elicit, document, analyze, and manage functional and non-functional requirements

Must Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- 3-6 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry




- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.

Nice to have
- Working knowledge of multiple Odoo functional modules
- Basic understanding of Odoo configuration options
- Experience interacting with clients for training, demos, or requirement analysis.
- Awareness of accounting principles
