The Business Analyst should have a basic understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Model tools, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn how to use them even more effectively. The candidate will be expected to use AI as a productivity and analytical partner, delegating appropriate research / analysis / documentation tasks while retaining responsibility for accuracy, quality, context, and final decision-making.

We are looking for someone who is open to experimenting with new technologies, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of business analysis activities.

Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis - Research industries, products, competitors, and business processes to support technology and operational decisions, using AI tools where appropriate.

Gathering Requirements - Gather and document requirements through interviews, workshops, document reviews, process analysis, use cases, and other discovery methods.

Requirements Analysis – Validate and simplify client requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, feasible, traceable, and testable.

AI-Driven Workflows – Use approved AI tools to support research, analysis, summarization, drafting, and documentation. Provide clear instructions and review outputs critically.

AI and Automation Improvement – Explore practical ways to use AI, automation, and reusable templates to reduce repetitive work and improve speed, consistency, and quality.





Project Coordination – Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, follow through on implementation, and oversee necessary testing to ensure the solution meets agreed requirements and quality standards.

Process and Solution Design – Create wireframes, workflows, use-case diagrams, process maps, flowcharts, and other solution documentation.

Documentation – Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, system specifications, meeting summaries, reports, and presentations.

Ownership and Leadership – Take ownership of assigned initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, identify gaps, manage dependencies, and drive work from discovery through delivery.

Prioritization – Prioritize requirements based on business value, urgency, effort, risk, and dependencies, and communicate priorities to the team.

Stakeholder Communication – Maintain transparent communication among clients, business teams, product teams, developers, QA teams, and internal stakeholders.

Progress Tracking and Reporting – Track requirements, risks, blockers, and project progress, and prepare regular status reports.

Change Management – Manage changes to requirements through established change-control processes and tools such as Zoho.

Testing and UAT – Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria to support UAT and system validation.

Product Demonstrations – Prepare and deliver regular demonstrations to clients, internal teams, and company management.

Continuous Learning – Stay current with Business Analysis practices, travel technology, AI tools, automation, and responsible AI use.

Responsible AI Use – Follow company policies for data privacy, security, confidentiality, and intellectual property when using AI tools.

Tool Proficiency - Proficient with tools like Axure, Balsamiq, Microsoft Office and Visio.

Multi-tasking - Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects; a multicultural approach.

Nice to have:

Advanced / specialized functional or technical training in the travel industry. Knowledge of XML.
