We are hiring a Business Analyst with experience in the BFSI/Microfinance domain to support product initiatives, data analysis, and business process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business, transaction, and customer data to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports using Excel and BI tools.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support product enhancements, sales campaigns, and workflow design.
- Coordinate with business and central teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills
- 10 to 12 years of Business Analyst experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Fintech, or Microfinance.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Python, and Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or IT. MBA preferred.
