- Ability to interact with the business of a particular domain
- Must have worked on integration projects between Insurance company & different Banks/financial institutions
- Should have familiarity with Channel Administration projects, particularly on Commissions, Incentives, Rewards & Recognition, and Contests, is preferred
- Ability to transfer the requirements to the technical team and test the deliverables
- Give suggestions for improvement of the process/systems etc a value add
- Technical knowledge on PLSQL preferred
