Responsibilities
1. Financial Process Analysis: Evaluate and analyse current financial processes to identify areas for improvement.
2. Data Analysis: Gather and analyse financial data to support transformation initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and business needs.
4. Process Improvement: Recommend and implement changes to financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Technology Integration: Assist in the integration of current financial systems and technologies.
6. Project Management: Manage and track the progress of financial transformation projects.
7. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project status, findings, and recommendations.
8. Change Management: Support change management efforts by assisting with training and communication plans
Qualifications
Qualification Needed: CA/ MBA
Min Exp: 5 years
Max Exp: 8 years
