Job Title: Senior Analyst or AVP for Business Analytics

Location: Mumbai

At Rezolv, we're looking for Business Analytics professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems using data and working directly with clients to create measurable business impact.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll partner with enterprise clients, translate business challenges into analytical insights, and work closely with internal teams to drive execution.

What you'll do

● Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their business problems and analytics requirements.

● Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic thought partner.

● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

● Develop dashboards,



business reports, and performance metrics that drive decision-making.

● Structure business problems into analytical frameworks and recommend data-backed solutions.

● Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes.

● Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

● Track business KPIs and continuously improve performance through analytics.

We're looking for

● 4–7 years of experience in Business Analytics, Decision Sciences, or Analytics Consulting.

● Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

● Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking.

● Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders.

● Ability to independently own projects from problem definition through execution.

● High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action.
