Role Description The Business Analyst role at Code Metric is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for web, mobile, and cloud-based solutions. Day-to-day tasks include mapping current and future business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into transparent functional specifications for the technical team.

The Business

Analyst will support project planning, participate in workshops and review sessions, and help validate solutions against requirements to ensure they align with business objectives. The role also involves preparing reports,



presentations, and documentation that facilitate effective communication among business, product, and engineering teams.

Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

Demonstrated Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, documentation, and solution evaluation.

Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and presenting findings clearly.

Experience working with Business Process mapping and optimization to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Ability to define and manage Business Requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., diagrams, user stories, use cases, process flows).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
