Role & responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ERP/Product implementation and support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Gather, document, and maintain business and technical requirements (BRD/Functional requirements) with customers and internal teams.

- Configure solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support deployment activities including user setup and implementation.

- Act as the primary liaison between customers and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Technical Support, Sales).

- Troubleshoot implementation issues, drive project deliverables, and ensure successful customer deployments.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 3 -7 years of experience in ERP/Product Implementation, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting.





- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and customer-facing implementation projects.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile or enterprise application workplace.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
