Role Summary

Bridge business and delivery teams by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements for Vault CRM programs. Translate field-force, commercial operations, and medical affairs needs into clear functional specifications that architects and developers can configure and build on the Vault Platform. Act as the client-facing functional interface onshore in the US.

Key Responsibilitie s• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs across commercial, medical, and compliance function s• Document as-is / to-be processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirement s• Analyze gaps between legacy Veeva CRM (Salesforce) and target Vault CRM; recommend process and configuration change s• Support migration scoping: data elements in scope, business rules, legacy behavior to retain vs. retir e• Maintain requirements traceability from user story through design, build, test, validation, and migratio n• Support UAT — prepare test scripts, coordinate UAT cycles, triage defect s• Create training materials, user guides,



and process documentation for end users transitioning from legacy CR

Must-Have Skills & Experien ce• Robust understanding of Life Sciences commercial operations: call planning, HCP targeting, sampling, approved email, MedCom ms• Hands-on experience writing user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and process flows (Visio, Lucidchart, Mir o)• Working knowledge of Vault CRM modules: CRM Desktop / iPad, CLM, Approved Email, Engage, Events, MyInsigh ts• Comfortable navigating both legacy Veeva CRM (Salesforce) and Vault CRM for gap analys is• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) and requirements manageme nt• Excellent facilitation and written communication skills for US client interactio ns
