Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Digital Transformation and AI initiatives to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role focuses on identifying business problems, gathering requirements, supporting AI-enabled solutions, and ensuring successful delivery and adoption of Agentic AI and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement discussions.
- Perform process mapping (As-Is / To-Be) and identify automation opportunities.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, and AI engineering teams.
- Manage backlogs, support sprint planning, and refine user stories.
- Participate in UAT, define acceptance criteria, and validate business outcomes.
- Support AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive change management, user adoption, training, and business readiness activities.
Must-Have Skills
- Robust Business Analysis experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Gap Analysis.
- Agile/Scrum experience including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story refinement.
- Stakeholder management across business, product, and technology teams.
- Process mapping, business process improvement, and workflow analysis.
- UAT, acceptance criteria definition, and defect validation.
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and related business use cases.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI, Automation, RPA, or Digital Transformation projects.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Chatbots, Power Platform, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Consulting, BFSI, Insurance, or Enterprise IT domain experience.
