Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Strategy & Analytics Executive to join our Strategy team. The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech and MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute, along with experience in business analytics, strategic planning, and stakeholder management within a manufacturing organization.

The role involves working closely with senior leadership, including the Managing Director, to drive strategic initiatives, business planning, data analysis, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Work closely with the Managing Director on strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Support business strategy development and execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, business presentations, and management reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing teams.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for strategic projects.
- Monitor business KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Identify business risks and growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini,



or similar to improve business productivity and analysis.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory)
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School (Mandatory)
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Corporate Planning, or Business Excellence
- Experience in a Manufacturing organization is mandatory
