You will also assess the current state of operations and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the proposed future state meets customer requirements and enhances overall efficiency.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.

Document business processes and create detailed specifications for system enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.

Solid analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with business process modeling techniques.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
