Must have skills : Life Sciences R&D; Good to have skills : Business Requirements Analysis, Life Sciences Industry Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Business Analyst (Life Sciences /Medical Affairs) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Life Sciences and Medical Affairs to support systems and processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams to manage requirements, change requests, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with Medical Affairs BA role.
This role demands solid expertise in requirements management, change management, and delivery coordination, along with proficiency in tools such as Jira and ServiceNow Must Have Skills: Life Sciences BA Experience with Minimum of 5 years in Medical Affairs.
Roles & Responsibilities: Lead end to end requirements management, including enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders,
application configuration teams, and support teams
Coordinate the development, testing, and delivery of features and system changes
Support prioritization, impact assessment, and traceability of requirements across R&D; systems
Manage and track changes using Jira and ServiceNow
Ensure solutions align with R&D; processes, regulatory expectations, and validated system environments Qualified & Technical Skills: Must have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D;, experience in Life Sciences with a focus on Medical Affairs.
Strong understanding of clinical trials, study operations, and clinical data flows
Experience with Medical Data & Insights space, evidence generation end of the spectrum (i.e. evidence planning, integrated evidence planning & generation including different types of evidence generation activities), content & engagement end of the spectrum, i.e.
Scientific
Communication (publications), medical information and Field enablement (KOL identification, CRM, etc.) is a strong advantage
Hands-on experience with change management and ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and coordination skills Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences BA, Medical Affaris is Mandatory,
This position is based at our Bengalure office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
