Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience in gathering, synthesizing, and documenting business requirements clearly and comprehensively.

Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and work collaboratively in a dynamic setting.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D.;

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
