Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business environment and its challenges is a key part of daily activities.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.
Skilled & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Charles River Portfolio Management & Risk Analytics, Charles River Middle Office, Charles River Data and Position Management.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Ability to document and communicate business processes clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure alignment with business goals.
Familiarity with industry best practices in order and execution management systems and their application in financial services.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
