Process: HR Recruiter - Domestic Voice Process

Responsibilities:

- Call candidates and explain job opportunities
- Screen profiles as per requirements
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and records

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification:Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Basic Communication skills in Hindi & Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Advantages:

- Salary:14,800 (Inhand)
- Incentives based on performance

Work Details:

- Shift Timings: 9:00AM- 6:00PM | 12:00PM - 9:00PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed
