We are hiring Freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive International Voice Process for a leading global customer support program under the Apprentice and Regular profile.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduates and Undergraduates can apply (as per process eligibility).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts,



including night shifts.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
