Role Description The Business Strategy Associate (Founder's Office) is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaspur , working directly with the Founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives across both the technology and renewable energy manufacturing businesses.

The role involves evaluating market opportunities, conducting competitive and industry research, analyzing business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across manufacturing, operations, sales, and corporate functions. The associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, evaluate expansion opportunities, and drive execution of high-impact initiatives.

Responsibilities include preparing business reports and presentations, developing financial and operational models, tracking key business metrics, supporting manufacturing and supply chain strategy, coordinating strategic projects, managing stakeholder communication,



and ensuring timely execution of organizational priorities. The role also requires identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and business growth while working closely with senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Founder's Office, Business Consulting, Manufacturing Strategy, Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting business data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Good understanding of business finance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, operational metrics, and strategic planning.
- Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, renewable energy, engineering, or technology businesses is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to prepare executive-level reports and interact with senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and business reporting tools. Experience with ERP systems or business intelligence platforms is an added advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to work in office in Jaspur and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across business and manufacturing operations.
