Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team for BRM Operations role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) systems, with proven expertise in billing operations, invoicing, troubleshooting, and automation.

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of billing processes, including trial invoicing, monitoring, reporting, and performance tuning.



The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent understanding of BRM data model and processes
- Positive knowledge of scripting and automation
- Strong experience in SQL queries, billing & invoicing (including trial invoicing, monitoring, and reporting)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot BRM issues and provide effective fixes
