- Direct Sales & Prospecting: Generate leads through door-to-door visits, cold calling, field campaigns, and local referral networks.
- Customer Acquisition: Pitch suitable internet/Wi-Fi packages, address customer queries, and close subscriptions to meet monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Guide recent customers through onboarding, payments, and plan upgrades (upselling/cross-selling).
- On-field Operations: Coordinate with field technicians for seamless line feasibility checks and quick installations.
- KYC & Reporting: Collect mandatory customer documentation (KYC) and maintain daily sales records in CRM.
