Role Description This is a full time, on-site Branch Manager role for the voltage stabilizer business, based in Jharkhand, India.

The Branch

Manager will oversee branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and coordination with distributors and retailers across Jharkhand and nearby regions. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, guiding and supporting the branch team, conducting market visits, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The role also involves monitoring branch performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards, preparing reports,



and implementing local marketing and promotional activities.

The Branch

Manager will collaborate closely with senior management to align branch strategies with overall business objectives for Livpower’s voltage stabilizer segment.

Qualifications

- Experience in branch management or sales leadership, preferably in electrical, electronics, or power solutions products.
- Strong skills in team supervision, performance monitoring, and staff training to drive branch targets.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, dealer and distributor handling, and after-sales support.
- Ability to manage operations, including inventory control, basic finance tracking, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of local market dynamics in Jharkhand and surrounding regions; willingness to travel as needed.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (MS Office, email, CRM or sales tracking systems) and documenting branch activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work ethically, follow safety and compliance standards, and represent the brand professionally.
