Role Description The Branch Manager – Voltage Stabiliser (North Eastern States) role is a full-time, on-site position based in north eastern states. This role is responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales and distribution of voltage stabilizers across the North Eastern States, and ensuring that branch targets and customer satisfaction metrics are consistently met.

Day-to-day activities include managing the branch team, supervising sales and service activities, coordinating with dealers and distributors, monitoring inventory and logistics, and ensuring timely installation and after-sales support.

The Branch

Manager will also prepare reports, analyze market trends,



implement business development initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic plans for regional growth.

Qualifications

- Strong branch management and leadership skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and operational oversight.
- Experience in sales and business development, preferably in electrical, electronics, or power solutions (e.g., voltage stabilizers, inverters, or related products).
- Ability to build and manage dealer, distributor, and customer relationships across multiple states, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Competence in planning, forecasting, and reporting, including basic proficiency with MS Office tools and data analysis for decision-making.
- Knowledge of local markets in the North Eastern States and willingness to travel within the region for business development and branch activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
- Proven problem-solving skills, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently while meeting timelines and targets.
