Location: Bahrain

Position: Branch Manager – IT Products

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the IT Products industry (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in branch management, retail operations, or wholesale sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to achieve branch sales targets and business objectives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Positive knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and make effective business decisions

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the branch
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales and operations team




- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the customer base
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability
