Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager Sales & Marketing to lead sales operations across Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for achieving branch sales targets, managing a high-performing sales team, driving business development, ensuring collections, and maintaining CRM and sales process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch sales revenue and collection targets.
- Develop new business through B2B, B2C, B2G, institutional, corporate, consultant, builder, and government channels.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Manage, mentor, and monitor the branch sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and improve conversion ratios.
- Ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Ensure 100% CRM updates, sales process compliance, quotation tracking, and follow-up discipline.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities across Karnataka.




- Coordinate with Engineering, CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Design teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
- Robust experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, project sales, or construction/building materials/sports infrastructure.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and collection targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
