Role Description The Branch Manager role at Chola is a full time, on-site position based in Vaijapur.

The Branch

Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including managing customer relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves driving business growth by achieving sales and collection targets, managing loan portfolios, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial products.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising teams and driving performance in a branch or retail environment.

Candidates should possess sound knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and asset finance, along with the ability to manage portfolios and assess credit risk.

Candidates should possess excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client engagement.

Candidates should possess solid operational and process management skills, including adherence to compliance, documentation standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data and support business decisions.

Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with diverse customer segments.

Relevant experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services at a supervisory or managerial level is highly beneficial.

A graduate degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred; a postgraduate qualification or MBA is an added advantage.
