Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees daily branch operations, including staff supervision, workflow coordination, and adherence to company policies and standards.
The Branch
Manager is responsible for driving sales and service performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across the branch’s offerings. Typical tasks include monitoring financial and operational metrics, preparing reports, handling escalations, and implementing local marketing or promotional activities. The role also involves mentoring team members, optimizing processes, and collaborating with senior management to achieve branch targets and support overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in branch management, operations supervision, or team leadership in a service- or product-based business.
- Strong skills in sales, customer service, and relationship management, ideally within travel, retail, or related industries.
- Ability to manage budgets,
analyze performance data, and prepare clear operational and financial reports.
- Effective people management, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in the Life Insurance Direct Channel only.
