Job Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, achieving business targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily branch operations.

- Recruit, train, and monitor branch employees.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Develop business through client acquisition and relationship management.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Handle branch administration, documentation, and record management.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational updates.

- Maintain branch profitability and control operational expenses.

- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA is preferred.

Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in branch operations, sales, or team management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales and business development abilities.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary

- As per company standards (Negotiable based on experience).

- Full time (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
