The Branch Executive role at SSRC Logistics Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Branch

Executive will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including coordination of transportation activities, scheduling and tracking shipments, and managing documentation for logistics and warehousing services. This role involves monitoring fleet utilization, supporting customer queries, resolving service issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize delivery timelines, maintain service quality, and contribute to branch performance targets. The position also includes basic reporting, data entry related to branch activities, and support in implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

- Operational and coordination skills, including logistics planning, shipment tracking, and basic inventory or warehousing oversight.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, manage relationships professionally, and resolve operational issues.
- Administrative and documentation skills, such as data entry, record keeping, and familiarity with transport and warehousing documentation.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret branch performance data, identify issues, and support process improvements.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with ERP or transport management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Preferred: Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing operations; knowledge of cold chain or multimodal logistics is an advantage.
- Educational background: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.**
