Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally through various communication channels, which may include voice, chat, or email.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Adhere to established guidelines, procedures, and quality standards for all customer interactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the designated system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.




- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new product information, system updates, and process changes.

QUALIFICATION:
