FabMyTrip is a growing travel company committed to delivering seamless and memorable travel experiences. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Booking Support Intern to manage travel bookings, coordinate with travel partners, and ensure timely booking confirmations and documentation.

Role Overview The Booking Support Intern will primarily be responsible for handling travel bookings and coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the travel and tourism industry and enjoy working in travel bookings and backend coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage hotel, transport, and travel package bookings efficiently.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and travel partners for availability, pricing, and booking confirmations.

Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, invoices, and related booking documentation.

Ensure timely booking updates and maintain accurate booking records.

Coordinate travel logistics and vehicle arrangements.

Resolve booking-related queries by communicating with vendors and internal teams.





Ensure smooth coordination between the sales team and travel partners for seamless booking execution.

Support day-to-day booking processes and maintain booking accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate candidates are preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.

Strong interest in travel bookings and customer service.
