Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and support Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure demand planning models, forecasting parameters, product hierarchies, calendars, and planning policies.
- Develop and optimize demand forecasting processes using statistical forecasting models and machine learning capabilities where applicable.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand demand planning, sales forecasting, inventory, and supply chain requirements.
- Integrate Blue Yonder Demand Planning with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Configure planning workflows, business rules, alerts, reports, dashboards, and approval processes.
- Perform data validation, testing, deployment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize planning performance, and implement continuous improvements.
- Work closely with Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, solution design documents, and user training materials.
- Ensure adherence to Blue Yonder implementation standards and supply chain best practices.

Required Skills:





- 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with robust expertise in Blue Yonder Demand Planning.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions.
- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, statistical forecasting, inventory planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP;), and demand management.
- Experience configuring forecasting models, demand streams, planning hierarchies, calendars, and workflows.
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of SQL, data integration, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with forecasting algorithms, demand sensing, seasonality, and promotional planning concepts.
- Experience with production support, system performance tuning, and incident management.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Blue Yonder/JDA Demand Planning certification is preferred.
- Experience with Blue Yonder Supply Planning, Luminate Platform, Fulfillment, or other Blue Yonder modules.
- Knowledge of cloud-based supply chain platforms and API integration technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps-based delivery models.
- Exposure to retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or logistics industries is an added advantage.
