About the Role We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for factory-based roles including machine operators helpers packers technicians drivers and support staff The ideal candidate will have prior experience in bulk hiring local sourcing and coordination with contract agencies and internal departments Key Responsibilities Understand manpower requirements from production and admin departments at the factory Source suitable candidates through local channels referrals placement agencies job portals and walk-ins Conduct initial screenings document verifications and schedule interviews with concerned departments Manage hiring for roles such as machine operators helpers warehouse staff loading unloading staff etc Coordinate onboarding formalities including ID creation attendance system setup and joining kits Maintain records of hiring activities attrition and headcount reports Liaise with local contractors and staffing partners for bulk or temporary hiring Ensure adherence to company policies compliance norms and code of conduct during recruitment Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment FMCG Manufacturing sector preferred Familiarity with local talent sourcing in Bahadurgarh and nearby areas Good communication and negotiation skills Hindi fluency required Ability to work in a fast-paced target-oriented workplace Basic knowledge of Excel Google Sheets for maintaining records Preferably male candidates familiar with factory HR recruitment processes Contact 91-(phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
