Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and support Blue Yonder Supply Planning and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable supply chain planning solutions.
- Configure and customize supply planning models, planning parameters, policies, constraints, and optimization settings.
- Implement supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning, capacity planning, and replenishment processes.
- Integrate Blue Yonder with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and optimize planning workflows, business rules, interfaces, and batch jobs.
- Perform solution configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, solution design documents, and user training materials.
- Ensure adherence to Blue Yonder implementation best practices and supply chain planning standards.

Required Skills:





- 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with strong expertise in Blue Yonder Supply Planning and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).
- Hands-on experience implementing Blue Yonder planning solutions in large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning, replenishment planning, and capacity planning.
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of SQL, data integration, ETL processes, and interface development.
- Familiarity with supply chain master data, planning calendars, sourcing rules, and optimization concepts.
- Experience with system configuration, performance tuning, production support, and incident management.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Blue Yonder/JDA Supply Planning or ESP certification is preferred.
- Experience with Blue Yonder Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Luminate Platform, or other Blue Yonder modules.
- Knowledge of cloud-based supply chain platforms and integration technologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps-based delivery models.
- Exposure to manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or logistics industries is an added advantage.
