Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop BIW (Body-in-White) welding fixtures using CATIA software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tool design and manufacturing processes.

- Conduct quality control checks on designed fixtures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Troubleshoot issues related to fixture design, fabrication, or assembly.

Job Requirements :

- 5-14 years of experience in BIW fixture design for automobile manufacturing.

- Proficiency in CATIA software for designing complex mechanical components.

- Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques and materials science.

- Experience working in an industrial setting with knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
