Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain biomedical equipment installed in private hospitals.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular inspection, testing, and performance checks.
Coordinate with hospital departments for equipment-related service requirements.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and external service engineers for repairs and technical support.
Monitor AMC/CMC services and ensure scheduled maintenance is completed on time.
Maintain equipment inventory,
service history, breakdown reports, and maintenance records.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and service reports.
Assist with installation, commissioning, testing, and calibration of new medical equipment.
Ensure biomedical equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
Provide technical assistance and basic operational guidance to hospital staff.
Attend emergency breakdown calls and minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety and equipment maintenance procedures.
