Job Overview We are looking for a BIM Modeler with mandatory Scan-to-BIM experience to develop accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models from point cloud data. The candidate should be proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM coordination workflows.
Key Responsibilities - Create Architectural and Structural BIM models in Revit from point cloud data.
- Develop accurate as-built models following project requirements and LOD standards.
- Perform point cloud-based modeling and quality checks.
- Create and manage Revit families.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Prepare and review drawings in AutoCAD.
- Use Bluebeam for markups and documentation review.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 1–2 years of Scan-to-BIM experience (Mandatory).
- Experience working with point cloud data (RCP/RCS/E57).
- Knowledge of Architectural and Structural modeling.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
