The BIM Manager holds overall leadership and strategic responsibility for the development,

implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across all interior fit-out projects at DEPA Interiors. This role drives BIM adoption, enforces standards, and ensures highquality BIM deliverables aligned with organizational goals and project requirements. The BIM Manager oversees the BIM teams performance, workflow optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous innovation in BIM practices.

This position acts as the key liaison between project management, technical teams, and external stakeholders, steering BIM maturity and digital transformation initiatives within the company

Role & responsibilities

1.Develop and implement comprehensive BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans aligned with industry best practices and project requirements.

2.Define BIM objectives and roadmap to enhance DEPA Interiors BIM maturity and digital capabilities across all projects.

1. Lead organizational BIM strategy, ensuring integration with overall company goals and construction workflows.
2. Oversee recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management of the BIM team, including Senior BIM Coordinators, BIM Coordinators, and Modelers.
3. Conduct regular BIM training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums to foster

continuous skill development and innovation.
1. Monitor team workload and progress, balancing resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
2. Establish, update, and enforce BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows tailored to interior fit-out projects.

Implement rigorous QA/QC processes and audit BIM deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency,

and compliance with project and contractual requirements.
1. Ensure BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) are properly developed, maintained, and adhered to on all

projects.
1. Facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration between architects, engineers, contractors, and

consultants to ensure integrated BIM processes and data consistency.
1. Lead and support BIM coordination meetings, promoting proactive resolution of clashes, design

conflicts, and construction issues.
1. Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related communication across all project stakeholders.
2. Develop and maintain robust tracking systems for BIM deliverables, clash detection outcomes, and coordination progress.
3. Provide detailed reports and dashboards on BIM performance, risks, and milestones to senior

management and project leadership.
1. Track BIM implementation metrics and recommend process improvements based on data insights.
2. Continuously assess and enhance BIM workflows, adopting current technologies, tools, and

methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
1. Promote the integration of BIM with other digital platforms such as project management systems and facility management tools.

Drive innovation by researching and piloting emerging BIM technologies and industry trends.
3. Identify BIM-related risks and bottlenecks early, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
4. Exercise strong decision-making skills and presence of mind to manage complex challenges in a

dynamic, fast-moving environment.
1. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to foster BIM

collaboration and client satisfaction. Minimum qualifications Bachelor Degree of Engineering Civil/Architectural/Interior Design

Equivalent or Relevant Diploma

Minimum experience • Min. 9 years preferably in Interior Fit-out Industry
