Modela Technologies is a fast-growing BIM and Digital Engineering company delivering high-quality BIM, CAD, Scan-to-BIM, and engineering solutions to clients across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. We are looking for an experienced Electrical BIM Engineer to join our growing delivery team in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Produce detailed electrical layouts including:

Lighting

Small Power

Fire Alarm

Data & Communication

Security Systems

Cable Containment

Prepare coordinated construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models.

Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and Architectural disciplines using Navisworks.

Participate in clash detection and resolve coordination issues.

Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and LOD specifications.

Support quantity take-offs and project documentation.

Collaborate with project managers and international clients to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills





4–8 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modeling.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.

Experience with Navisworks Manage for coordination and clash detection.

Good understanding of electrical building services and construction documentation.

Experience working on UK, USA, European, or international BIM projects is highly preferred.

Knowledge of BIM standards, naming conventions, and model management.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Exposure to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 standards is an advantage.

Experience with ACC/BIM 360 will be an added advantage.
