Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller - Electrical with 3+ years of experience in developing and coordinating electrical BIM models for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, along with a robust understanding of electrical systems, BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate 3D electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

- Model electrical systems including lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, fire alarm, ELV, and electrical equipment.

- Prepare shop drawings, installation drawings, and construction documentation.

- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.

- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.

- Generate schedules, quantity take-offs (BOQ), and reports from BIM models.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client standards.

- Support project teams throughout design, construction, and as-built documentation phases.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

- 3+ years of experience as a BIM Electrical Modeller.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, data center, or industrial projects.

- Knowledge of international BIM standards and coordination workflows.

- Ability to work independently and deliver projects within deadlines.
