Develop, manage, and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, construction documentation, and shop drawings.

Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Interior teams to ensure seamless BIM integration across disciplines.

Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using BIM workflows.

Ensure BIM models comply with project standards,



quality benchmarks, and client requirements.

Assist in quantity take-offs, model updates, revisions, and documentation throughout project lifecycles.

Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling and architectural documentation.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

Good understanding of construction detailing, building codes, and execution drawings.

Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash resolution.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Skills

Working knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape, Twinmotion, or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

Experience in corporate interiors, managed office spaces, commercial fit-outs, or coworking projects will be preferred.

Familiarity with BIM execution plans (BEP) and collaborative BIM workflows. What we offer:

Mode of working: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 Days a week (Alternate Saturdays Off)
