Role Overview

We are looking for a detailoriented BIM Architect / BIM Modeller with strong Revit expertise and a passion for highquality, coordinated BIM delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to model development for international projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and update Revit BIM models across all design stages.
- Produce architectural drawings, schedules and documentation aligned with project standards.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural and specialist consultants to ensure clashfree, integrated models.
- Support design teams with 3D visualization, detailing and model-based reviews.
- Assist in implementing and maintain BIM Execution Plans, templates, and modelling protocols.
- Ensure compliance with international quality benchmarks and client-specific BIM standards.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.
- 2 to 7 years experience in architectural BIM modelling.
- Solid proficiency in Revit,



Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Experience delivering LOD 300 to 400 outputs.
- Solid understanding of construction detailing and coordination.
- Ability to collaborate with remote UAE and international teams.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape or Twinmotion.
- Experience with Hospitality, commercial, Residential or mixeduse projects.
- Familiarity with UAE or international BIM standards.
