Role Description The BIM Architect will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, collaborating with project teams to develop and coordinate BIM models for architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing architectural and construction drawings, integrating design information into BIM workflows, and ensuring alignment of models with project specifications and submittals. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers,



and other stakeholders to resolve design issues, maintain model accuracy, and support project documentation throughout the design and construction phases.

The BIM Architect will also contribute to process improvements, adhere to quality standards, and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Architecture and experience translating design concepts into technical solutions.

Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for various project stages.

Hands-on experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows.

Ability to manage and coordinate project Submittals and related documentation.

Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.

Experience with industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools).

Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of construction standards, codes, and best practices; exposure to international projects is an advantage.
