Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible System Operator to support our Accounts Department The role involves handling day-to-day data entry billing vouchers and maintaining accurate records in our accounting software system Key Responsibilities Enter and verify accounting data in the system sales purchase receipts payments etc Generate bills invoices and vouchers accurately Maintain daily reports and assist in month-end account closing Coordinate with the Accounts Officer Manager for reconciliation tasks Ensure data accuracy and proper filing of all documents Support the internal audit and MIS reporting activities Manage backup and secure storage of accounting data Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree Basic knowledge of Tally Excel Accounting Software will be a added advantage Valuable typing speed and attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Prior experience in a dealership or similar industry will be an advantage Employment Type Full-Time Experience 0 - 3 years Freshers with accounting knowledge can apply Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
