We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Executive to manage customer invoicing, billing records and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of billing processes, GST compliance and ERP/Tally software, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Generate GST tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
- Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents before billing.
- Maintain billing records and documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch and Accounts teams to resolve billing-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with GST and company billing policies.
- Reconcile invoices and assist in accounts receivable follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and monthly billing reports for management.
- Maintain customer master data and billing records in the ERP/Tally system.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing.
- Experience with Tally Prime, ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, invoicing or accounts.
- Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of electrical products or project-based billing.
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
