Asian Networks is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate billing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in finance, accounts, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify billing data and ensure all invoices are error-free.
- Maintain billing records and update customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing-related queries.
- Track pending invoices and maintain billing reports.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with reconciliation of billing records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, or accounts processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Excel functions is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
