Job Summary

Dr Aravinds IVF Fertility Center is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Executive to manage patient billing, payment collection, insurance coordination (if applicable), and billing documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, accuracy, and excellent communication while ensuring a smooth billing experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate patient bills for consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and pharmacy services.
- Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and maintain billing records.
- Verify billing details and ensure accuracy before finalizing invoices.
- Coordinate with the front office, pharmacy, laboratory, and clinical departments regarding patient charges.
- Handle patient billing queries professionally and courteously.
- Process refunds, discounts, and billing adjustments as per company policy.
- Maintain daily cash collections and prepare end-of-day reconciliation reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of billing records.
- Assist in insurance or TPA-related billing processes, if applicable.




- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and financial records.
- Adhere to hospital billing procedures and organizational policies.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or healthcare billing preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and computer proficiency may also apply.

- Knowledge of billing procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital billing software/HMIS.
