Hiring: Billing Engineer

Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 8–12 Years | Full-time (On-site)

About the Role:

Join a leading techno-creative agency specializing in immersive museum and experiential projects. We’re looking for a Billing Engineer to manage financial, estimation, and billing processes — ensuring accuracy, transparency, and cost efficiency across creative and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- BOQ, BOM, Rate Cost analysis, Interiors, Measurements Government projects
- Prepare, verify, and submit bills for clients and subcontractors based on site work.
- Handle quantity estimation, material reconciliation, and rate analysis.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and report deviations.
- Coordinate with project, procurement,



and design teams for smooth billing cycles.
- Maintain all billing documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8–12 years experience in billing/estimation (preferably museum, exhibition, or fit-out projects).
- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred: Experience with creative, heritage, or experiential projects in a techno-creative setup.
