- Deriving the quantity for Civil work estimate either from drawing or site visit.
- Preparation of Estimate.
- Measurements taken for billing.
- Preparation of detailed billing with abstract finalisation.
- Dealing with clients Engineer for bill checking and verification till end.
- Mandatory experience in Civil Construction billing.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, and Measurement Sheets.
- Valuable understanding of GST billing and taxation.
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
