About the Role

RSAJ & Co., Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in Project Audit, Bill Certification, Quantity Verification, and Contractor Bill Review. The selected candidate will play a key role in reviewing and certifying civil project bills, verifying executed quantities, validating rates, and ensuring compliance with contract terms, BOQs, drawings, and engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and certify Contractor RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Verify quantities executed against BOQs, drawings, and site measurements.
- Conduct physical verification of civil works at project sites.
- Validate measurements, rates, and contract provisions.
- Prepare and review Measurement Books (MBs), reconciliation statements, and bill certification reports.
- Identify billing discrepancies, excess claims, and potential cost leakages.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements.




- Maintain audit documentation and prepare management reports.
- Support project cost monitoring, variation analysis, and engineering audits.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Audit, Bill Certification, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Project Monitoring.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, engineering drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and measurement standards.
- Experience in infrastructure, power, industrial, or large construction projects will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and engineering software such as AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site at Pirpainti, Bihar.
