Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Identify and monitor government, municipal, private, and international tender opportunities through various procurement portals.

- Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, contracts, and eligibility requirements.

- Prepare complete technical and commercial bid submissions before deadlines.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, estimators, and management to collect all documents required for successful bid submissions.

- Maintain a detailed tender tracker, submission schedule, and follow-up system.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, municipalities, consultants, and property owners.

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing, and online research.

- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, capability statements, presentations, company profiles, and marketing materials.

- Manage the complete sales pipeline using Zoho CRM, including lead generation, opportunity tracking, quotations, follow-ups, project status, and customer communication.

- Ensure all client interactions, meetings, quotations, and business activities are accurately recorded in Zoho CRM.





- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

- Coordinate social media marketing activities across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.

- Assist with website content updates, SEO initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on tenders, sales performance, lead generation, marketing campaigns, and business development activities.

- Work closely with management to achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

- Ensure strict compliance with submission deadlines, quality standards, and company procedures.

- Represent the company professionally while communicating with clients, consultants, and government agencies.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
